Yes. Hot Moms Club is an online apparel and lifestyle brand. All products are sold exclusively through our website at hotmoms.shop.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No account is required to shop. You may check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to view order history and track shipments more easily.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards and secure express checkout options including ShopPay, PayPal, GooglePay and Venmo. 

Is it safe to shop on HotMoms.shop?

Yes. Our website uses industry-standard security and encrypted checkout to protect your personal and payment information. We never store your credit card details.

How long does order processing take?

All of our items are made to order especially for you.
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing before your item ships.

If it has been 15 business days and your order has not shipped, please contact us immediately at info@hotmoms.shop.

How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary based on your location once your order has been processed and shipped. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Will my order arrive in more than one package?

Possibly. Items may ship in separate packages. If this happens, you will receive tracking information for each individual package.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. If your order ships in multiple packages, you’ll receive tracking for each one.

What should I do if my order hasn’t shipped?

If your order has not shipped after 15 business days, please email info@hotmoms.shop with your order number so we can assist you.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Because items are made to order, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes once an order has been placed. Please double-check sizing and details before completing your purchase and reach out to us if you have any questions.

What is your return policy?

Because all items are made to order, Hot Moms Club does not offer refunds unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Approved returns will receive store credit only.

What is your exchange policy?

If you ordered the wrong size, you may request an exchange for a different size.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your item

  • Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging

  • Once received and inspected, replacement items are shipped within 10 business days

How do I start a return or exchange?

To start a return or exchange, email info@hotmoms.shop with:

  • Your full name

  • Order number

  • A brief explanation of the issue

If approved, we’ll send instructions on how and where to return your item.

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@hotmoms.shop so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How do your products fit?

Fit details and sizing information are listed on each product page. If you’re between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit.

Do you restock sold-out items?

Some products are released as limited drops and may not be restocked. To stay updated on restocks and new launches, sign up for our email list or follow us on social media.
